I don’t see a reference to the third person, other than Moses referring to God in the third person since he is the writer. If you mean in the plural, et establishes the singular creator God in Gen. 1:1. It does not have to be repeated to confirm Elohim is the Creator God. In the one instance it is clearly plural, Gen. 1:26, I believe it refers to all involved in the discussion who appeared in such a way that man would bear that image, i.e., they looked like Elohim in some fashion. Whether that is only the Godhead or the highest angels with Him is open for discussion. Since so many other Bible passages confirm God is the Creator, such as John 1:1-3, Col. 1:18-13, there is no reason to assume a divine council helped in creation. They were present, if it was the angels, they witnessed it, and perhaps they were even informed. However, nothing in the text indicates they were involved in the performance of God’s creative acts. It was all done by Jesus Christ Himself! I hope this helps!

My opinion is that deliverance could be sought when a specific attack or entity has attached itself. Otherwise, I would just study and seek deeper communion with the Holy Spirit, putting on the armor of God. I seek to follow 2 Corinthians 10:3-5, For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh: (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;) Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;

One notable occurrence is Jeremiah 11:9-12 - And the LORD said unto me, A conspiracy is found among the men of Judah, and among the inhabitants of Jerusalem. They are turned back to the iniquities of their forefathers, which refused to hear my words; and they went after other gods to serve them: the house of Israel and the house of Judah have broken my covenant which I made with their fathers. Therefore thus saith the LORD, Behold, I will bring evil upon them, which they shall not be able to escape; and though they shall cry unto me, I will not hearken unto them. Then shall the cities of Judah and inhabitants of Jerusalem go, and cry unto the gods unto whom they offer incense: but they shall not save them at all in the time of their trouble.
